Crossfit Recover Tips by Chris Nentarz

This morning my physical trainer Chris Nentarz sends me a text if I would like to help him to "save the world". He is upset about the new Crossfit Open Workout 16.4 which is tough on the lower back. After he picked me up we filmed some tips on how to prepare for the workout and how to recover afterwards.
